Dear Forum Members,

As you can see my timeline on the left side. I ordered GCMS notes last month which I received day before yesterday. It states Eligibility, Criminality & Medical have been passed. The next due date 30-09-2016 which has been passed as well as I just received the GCMS notes. Any idea why there is so much delay for issuing PPR ?

Yes there is S15 on the top right corner of the notes where the security checks were not disclosed to the client according to the act.

one of my friends applied in dec 2014. Was asked to send all updated forms and reference letters last month. Can anyone suggest how long will it take to get medical?

Hello Senior,
Please I need urgent response. I have a new born and I have notified my officer - DRD about it through online cse and e-mail. The notification was made a month ago, but till now I have not received any response regarding how to go about the new addition. In this situation, can I go ahead to make the application for the new born or what should I do? Looking forward to your quick response.

Thank you.

there is a verification of my job experience by Canadian authorities in Pakistan. They visited my HR manager & also visited my office but didn't talk to me. They just saw me sitting in my office. My HR manager confirms my job and duties but the experience letter i attached with my application is signed by my department head. I am very much confused what is going to be happen with me now. Please guys pray for my success and also guide whether they are going to reject or accept my application for further processing? Time line is as under:

Application Received: August 29, 2014
Processing Stated: December 10, 2014
Additional Documents Received: July 27, 2015

Almost same thing happened with me last month. Someone from Canadian high commission visited my office. However, HR asked them to send them email they would only confirm credentials through email. Accordingly, email was sent by Canadian high commission. As per HR, they verified the credentials. No further details are available with me.

Good luck to all of us who are still waiting for MR.

When actually they visited, one of my friend got refusal email after physical verification. With remarks that your experience does not match with your NOC requirement. Quite worried :( Please pray for me brother

I don't know exact date around 21st Sep. When was physical verification done in your friend's case and when did he receive refusal letter?? Yes this is a point of concern for us as well. Let's hope for the best. Thanks

Thank you.

You must again send them email and notify about the change in your family composition. This time add the word "URGENT" at the star of subject line of the email.

Hope this helps.

Hi,

Thanks in advance

if you want to order it on your own there are two ways.

a) If you have a friend / relative in canada it would cost you just $5 and you will get that in around 30 days.

b) If you don't have a relative or friend in Canada then you can get it from websites and it would cost around $25-$40 and you will get in six to eight weeks..

Check this

a) If you have a relative / friend in Canada

As you have a relative / friend there it would cost you just $5. Its very easy. Your relative / friend will order this on your behalf and he will be the requester. It can be done by email and your relative / requester can send scan copies of everything. Your relative / friend will receive CAIPS / GCMS notes in his email.

First fill the following form but your relative / friend will sign it as he is the requester.

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5563E.pdf

Then you will have to fill this consent form and sign yourself

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5475E.pdf

Now according to latest IMM5563E form you can even pay fees online if you are not living in Canada and there is no need to fill any credit card form. Pay fees online, get receipt, fill it and then scan and attach with application. Its very easy. Go to section C of the following form then follow other links given below.

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5563E.pdf (See section C)

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/fees/index.asp

https://eservicesak.cic.gc.ca/epay/lineofbusiness.do

After payment take 2 copies of print out of receipt. Keep one copy for yourself and attach other with application.

Ask your relative to provide copy of his Canadian passport or PR card and copy of his recent bill or bank statement as a proof that he is currently living in Canada

Ask him to scan everything and send everything by email to

atip-aiprp @ cic.gc.ca

b) If you don't have a relative / friend in Canada

try these websites. You will get in around 6-8 weeks.

a) http://www.caips.ca/
b) http://caipsnotes.com/index.shtml
c) http://www.caipsretriever.com/2006/03/immigrants-life-in-toronto-canada-ii.html
d) www.lawpoint.ca ($25 only)
