London Visa Office

One of the reason is, they got interviewed in the same office where they have applied, i.e, Manila, so they didn't have to wait for their visa officers to return back to original Visa Office ( cut 2 weeks straightaway). Let's see, 4 weeks are going to be finished this week, I hope to hear something.

Huhh, will see for the ones (Lonclan, Johny n others) who were interviewed locally last week.

My application was received on 15/5/2013 and PER was rece4ived on 24/7/2013. I have not received any update since then.

I have just seen this forum. Are there many people who have applied from London but have not received any update? Do you guys have any idea when should i expect an interview call by? Are they interviewing every one or just random?

Do you know the basis of selection for interview? Also are there any one who didnot receive an interview call from LVO and directly got MR.

I am not seeing interview calls from visa office in other countries, it looks more by LVO dont understand why and they are behind other visa offices as well

Send cse to know the status of your application.
You may get additional docs request or mr anytime from now to several weeks. Chances r less to get interview.
So far all of the interviews was based on the noc, only people belongs to those noc were called for interview.

I don't know the basis, but most people seem to be questioned on Job Duties for the greatest part of the interview. They are having a good look at NOC's 1112 and 2174, but that could just be because lots of those came in in May.

Marial_Sal & pharmacistfarhan got direct MR from LVO instead of Interviews. LVO have been interviewing mostly from 1112/2147/2174 NOC's. None of other NOC's have been requested for an interview yet.

No one gets an update on File Transfer from LVO. But usually, CIC transfers files in about 12 days from the date of PER. Your file is already in LVO. CSE is Case Specific Enquiry.

Hi SSAT...Welcome to LVO thread
CSE reply is a very standard one. since u r 15-May applicant, ur cse reply would be something like ur application in under review (by a case officer).
we have a lot of members here with ur same timeline awaiting second line on ecas as u noticed or awaiting an email from lvo.

probably at this stage ur background checks r on way. my own calculation says all may applicants will hear VERY SOON from LVO..best of luck..
now we have to see whether it will be direct mr, interview call or any additional docs request....inshaAllah i feel n i pray it should be direct MR for everyone from now onwards...
