Hi Guys,

I have a question here. I have received PPR on 25th Sept and LVO has been given 30 days to submit the passport. However, my password is with UAE immigration for renewal of my visa.

I hope to receive my UAE visa stamped on password next week. However, there are cases when the visa issuance from UAE has been delayed.

Can anyone suggest what should be the action point from myside? If I dont submit the password within 30 days as requested, do I lose the PR?

Sarvesh, can you not ask your PRO if he can chase it up?? When we had our visa renewed it was done in one day, two at the very most...however it was the company PRO that did it for us.

I had to go through medicals and TECOM clear medical results today itself. PRO said I shall receive my passport next week.

If 3rd parties are involved in conducting the background checks and other verifications for CIC/LVO then why don't CIC/LVO push them for the completion of this process on first come first serve basis. Totally clueless how VOs/PAs are managing and prioritizing the applications.

There is no such mechanism, if there is any sort of delay they should share the true picture with applicants despite of just informing that they are in que. Its a height of disparity and i am surprised how they deal audits with this type of turn around time.

One of my friend applied two months before me and he got visa in March-15, he got settled there, had a baby there and last month he got a job there too. Here i am stuck on the first stage even, while the difference was just 2 month between us. These stories are really discouraging and the excitement is turning into disappointment.

Can i use TCS courier service? because in Hyderabad vfs service is not available.
Or i must go through VFS...

when they say third parties, it doesn't mean that "outsourcing" , because we all are well aware that Canadian law does not permit this kind of "outsourcing" in such kind of sensitive matters, (it's pure my opinion), i think when they say that third parties then they refer to Canadian Security Agencies and their Foreign Partners (Foreign Security Agencies), so CIC can't push/ force the (National/International) Security Agencies.

BWJ is the most lazy program Assistant, i have observed that he/she process not more than two applications a month, waiting for my turn since long.

Everybody is same, at least he/she processes 2 cases a month. Some other PAs are not even doing this.
