Per recd n cc charged - 12 sep
File transferred to lvo - dunno when but confirmd by cio in oct

But sir, without LVO request you need not send PCC. Otherwise you may be asked again

There are no harm of sending PCC if it is due even without LVO requesting it. I've done so last August right after PER

if some body did not submit PCC with his initial application then he can submit any time after PER.....


but if PCC already submitted with initial application then wait for the request to submit an other one....

Hi MM,

I have submitted my PCC with application and I consulted my lawyer if i need to send new PCC after the 3 month expiry of the first one, they said yes do it. when I asked them again if i need to submit new one after the expiry of the second one they said no, wait for request from LVO.

Take suggestion here but it is good to take appointment with professional immigration lawyer in Canada, spend some dollars and take professional advice on this issue, as a slight mistake can ruin your case.

I second Stranger Friendly opinion, you should Consult a professional immigration lawyer. Don't take the risk at this stage

U are correct. If someone submitted pcc with initial application, there is no point to submit another one until u are told to do so. If however u did not submit one initially, it is advisable to submit pcc at anytime after PER or when requested to do so by VO.

Yes it does make sense however, I just did what I advised to by my consultant. thing is that - No Harm - about it, so its kind of proactive and time saving. Visa office will not refuse it or ignore it, just will put it in the file, when the processing time come it will be time saver.

Dear All , my old passport will expire this month. I have renewed my passport. Can I submit it now to LVO or should I wait till VO asked about it. Please also let me know, can I submit it as an attachment of CSE or I will courier its hard copy to LVO.

Dear Sir/ Madam, I can confirm that your application is pending review by an Immigration Officer. We will be in contact when there have been further developments with the processing of your file. Regards IMS

For me I am 10th May applciatn so far has not received anything., kindly let me know your timeline, hopefully we receive soemthing in coming days, and also haev your also submitted your PCC?
