This is extremely weird attitude by LVO, in fact it is not by LVO but it is by CIC. As far as I recall updates in ECAS are not done directly by LVO, but they send updates to CIC head office to IT department in batch wise manner and CIC runs the update in batches to all profiles. Therefore this is strange thing that suddenly they bombarded your ECAS with four five lines of update.

I request rest of the members on the forum to check their profiles as well.

Just want to share the below line that was updated in my ECAS just 1 hour ago, today! It was now updated upto 5 line, i don't know why. It's weird thing somebody is working in CIC even saturday..

1.) We received your application for permanent residence on September 29, 2014.

2.) We started processing your application on January 30, 2015.

3.) We transferred your application to the London England office on January 9, 2015. The London England office may contact you.

4.) We sent you correspondence on February 6, 2015. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.

5.)We sent you correspondence on July 24, 2015. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. It seems they are working in Australian online account style. It is called ImmiAccount for online status check of the applications.

Well that is really strange. The 4th Line is the Photo request I would assume. Have you received any correspondence from them in August? Check the spam folder in your email just to be sure. On monday morning you should email LVO about this update asking them that you have not received any correspondence that they sent in July.
Also who is your visa officer?

Yes the 4th line is photo request and the 5th line is the document that they requested from me last july. My VO is MXH.

Hope everybody will check also their ECAS because any correspondents will be shown their from now on, i guess!

I just checked my ECAS and still 2 lines appearing, as I never got the photo request and certainly no other communication so far.

I guess this will be the case with the most of the members who recently got SLU and now waiting for MR.

Ohh boy, LVO on a roll, surely. Just got 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th lines updated. First two are the regular ones. 3rd one says ' File transferred to London on 11th Feb, 4th line says 'file. transferred to London on 12th Feb 2015' (!!!), 5th says ' we sent you correspondence on 30th July's ( We received Mr, Rprf etc mail that day), and finally 6th says 'We sent you medical instructions on 31st July.' (which they did).

We did medicals on 19th August and sent other required documents on 20th Aug. No 'we have received your medicals' line yet..

Yup, with a one day difference in date. One says 11th Feb, the other says 12th Feb. We received PER on 12th Feb, don't know what happened at LVO on 11th Feb. But it does seem as if all correspondence with visa office will now be reflected on ecas date-wise.

Here is what I saw in my ECAS today.

1). We received your application for permanent residence on September 11, 2014.

2). We started processing your application on July 29, 2015.

3). We sent you a letter on December 22, 2014. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

4). We transferred your application to the London England office on December 31, 2014. The London England office may contact you.

5). We sent you correspondence on February 10, 2015. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.

6). We sent you correspondence on July 29, 2015. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.

I think CIC and LVO should focus on clearing the cases rather than wasting time in such updates.

Its near D ground (behind firdous market) i guess. Cross the total petrol pump and get on service road and take first left u will reach DGround

I think the reason for these detailed updates is the court decision recently, where an applicant was refused on the basis that he had not complied with Cic's emailed instructions in time (perhaps medicals). The applicant denied receiving any email, and cic couldn't prove the existence of an email either. So the court ruled in favour of the applicant and cic had to pay him something to the tune of $3000. Perhaps to avoid such occurances in the future, they have decided to give details of each correspondence sent on ecas asirrevocable proof of communication. Makes sense.
