In LVO ... Approximately, After how many months/days the second line updated after we receive our PER email ... that says, We have started processing your application ? ? ?
 
HI，everyone，i just got the e-mail from London office and they asked additional documents as below
-Updated forms which are available on our website:
New Schedule A/Background Declaration Form for you and your spouse since the age of 18. This form must be fully complete. Each month must be accounted for and listed.
-Payment of the Right of Permanent Residence Fee

-Medical results (you will receive a separate email with instructions)

-Please complete and return the attached Updated Information Chart

-Updated copies of the passport biopage for yourself and each family member


-Educationl documents for you and your spouse

-Employment reference letter for you and your spouse

My question is about Employment reference letters .
Should i provide the them in passed ten years or from 18 years old.
It is hard to get the letters earlier than passed 10 years,so any advise from you?

It will take X-Number of Days.
X-is an unknown variable in mathematics. Specially when your application is in LVO-Equation.
Mathematically we can say:-
Application in LVO=MR after X-Number of days of PER+ PPR after Y-Number Days of MR

Total No of Days(T) for issuance of visa in LVO:-
T = X + Y + Z
Here Z is the balance number of days after PPR for issuance of Visa.

Researchers are still working to find out the exact values of unknown variables X,Y and Z.
But uptill now there are only assumptions exisiting therefore no definite answer is available.

Could you please share some details about your timeline, when did you submit your application, PER date and nationality and from where you sent your application. Thanks.

Could you please share your timeline, when your application reached at CIC, when did you get PER and from where did you apply and what is your nationality.
Also, did you travel to several countries in the world. Because I think that persons with a long travel history faces tough background investigation. Moreover inside your country did you stay in several cities. could you please share more info about your case because it will help in better analysis of our cases as well as other cases. this is a general request to everyone. I have traveled only to two countries Qatar and UAE for business.

Happy to share that after a long 7 months since PER got second line got updated "We started processing your Application on 7 January 2015"
Hope each of your hear good news soon :)
 
Unfortunately there is a lot of variations in SLU duration from PER mail. Some got it in 6 months while some are still waiting since 1 year. Rough average would be 8 to 10 months approx. But dont be impatient, sooner or later iA you'll get it :)

By the way, you got just now second line updated? Means you are getting second line update on 19th aug 2015. Whereas they are processing your application since 7th jan 2015. !!!!

Yes just saw today, was not there even last night...
Kind of ironic we get updated about an even 7 months after the fact..

Thanks for ur reply, we have already sent request to UKBA to return out passport based on Medical examination requirement. Can you suggest about my daughter's situation? She is in INdia so Should we get her passport here or she can do stamping over there?

4 to 9 months I guess

I will recommend to submit all references ,if not available submit affidavits with some supporting documents.
