Experts Opinion Required:

From current trends, its look like that LVO is totally ignoring applicants applied from Pakistan as they are giving preference to those Pakistani Nationals who applied from Oman, Saudi Arabia and other countries and Pakistani applicants are just waiting and waiting and their frustration level also can be clearly seen from their views on this forum. I think this is not a fair practice because even CIC also not deal applications this way and most of applicants got PERs in same row as they field their applications.

My best guess is LVO is handling middle east application. They need to me bo more thorrow.
Offcourse it will take time. I guess we need to bring down our expectations. What ever your guess is. Just add 4 to 5 month more to it.

Hi Raza

Do you know the reason for interview e.g. by observation or through GCMS notes?
How did you come to know about the interview? did they email you or they respond to your CSE?

My timeline and NOC is same as yours
Any help will be appreciated.

Kind Regards
Sovereign

All the best for the interview Raza. Atleast in Sha Allah after 23 June your file will be processed quickly with visa stamped in a month. Those of us who are in queue i'm afraid it will take 2/4 months like ''Garduuk''

Dear All,

I received GCMS notes yesterday and the status of application is written as PA - put away. Can any one please tell what does that means?

Regards,

Hi Seema

As per my knowledge PA i.e. put away as its says means kept aside for a later review. If you look closely at your GCMS there would be a due date of next review. It is till that time your file has been kept away.

Thanks for the message!

I received an intimation email from RIH on 27 APR 2015; interview date is 23 JUN 2015 (which RIH confirmed after seeking my availability).

Well, I've no idea about the reason(s) ... May be randomly picked! Not sure ... :-)

Cheers

Hi Sovereign

I've applied for GCMS Notes after receiving interview call; I'll definitely update you guys once I get any clue regarding possible reason(s) for the interview.

Interview call wasn't in response to my CSE; it was a separate email.

Cheers

Did you provide the experience letter with all the required contents listed in the checklist. Typically people provided without roles and responsibilities? Is that ur case as well?

I submitted each & everything according to requirements (except PCC). For your reference/information, a friend/colleague of mine and I applied together... We share same NOC, same JDs, same experience letter (since our Deptt./supervisor was same), even same VO (RIH). That friend of mine has already got his visa stamped ... Therefore, I consider my application complete in all respects since we worked together on our applications.

It depends when your visa officer starts processing your application at that time PCC was valid or not. PCC 's validity is always mentioned on it so you can guesstimate based on that. Usually if they need PCC they ask for it with medical. So in your case I suppose it won't be required to be resubmitted.

OKay..Thanks.

LVO should increase the staff so they can process the applications more efficiently. ;D ;D :P :P

Hello seniors

I have a confusion regarding one thing ... Currently my application is with the London visa office , I received PER in the initial days of march and the ECAS status is still just one line , which says ... We received your application on this date ...

I claimed my points for adaptability , so for proving the PROOF OF RELATIONSHIP factor , I submitted 3-4 supporting documents , as the birth certifcate of my canadian relative is not available .. so I asked him to write a declaration letter claiming my biological relation towards him ... Having said that , due to lack of time .. I submitted my application ... But meanwhile I also applied for the FRC ( Family registration certificate ), which is now ready and it is issued by National Database and Registration Authority - NADRA ( A governmental body ) ... The certifcate verifies my biological relationship towards my Canadian relative ... so ... I was planning to send this certificate as well ... So that there will be no objection towards PROOF OF RELATIONSHIP factor ... Kindly advice me that WHEN SHOULD I SEND THIS ? IS THIS THE RIGHT TIME OR SHALL I WAIT FOR THE VISA OFFICE PEOPLE TO ASK FOR FURTHER DOCUMENTS ?? Because someone told me that I should not send these documents by myself until or unless they ask me for it ...

advice please
