Hi guys anybody from October application recieved MR request. .i got my PER on 13 th jan

8th oct applicant, got PER on 23rd of December. on 4th got photo request.... nothing after that.

The original police certificate has to be sent ... So there is no question of reusing the first PCC. Also PCC is valid for 6 months or so. So you have to get new PCC each time they request.

In my case, they requested me to send the documents via email. So i thought i could use the same one. Also, what confused me is that if they were to request new PCC after MD, why do they suggest to send the PCC as part of the initial application submission? They could have not included it as one of the initial requirements and kept it as something to be provided along with medical.

in my case, i have submitted the same pcc and asked the case officer if they require a more recent one. i didn't hear from her yet.

i think they are 3 to 4 months behind other visa office. !

They don't generally ask to resend PCC if u supplied with ur original app
I provided partial PCC and I was only asked to submit the missing one

Please update if anybody who submitted new photograph to LVO, got medical request/ doc request and who is visa officer requiring new pics.

Further can anybody explain why LVO is the only visa office requesting new photographs why not other visa offices???

You are right my friend.. in many cases, it doesnt make sense how these visa offices work.. I had to send PCC's twice.. there are others who were not asked to submit PCC.

Does anyone carefully monitoring , if is it about the NOC , or some visa officers are fast ,other r slow? I think we should start spreadsheet in the initials of visa officers, to reach a conclusion. there must be some rational regarding whats going on with LVO ( Lingering visa office).

PCC from UK will take 10 days plus courier transit time
Now u can plan accordingly

I have already submitted PCC from Pakistan and UK at the time of my application submission, Do I need to submit again in future, Now I am waiting for MR for last 3.5 months.

Any Real Update/News regarding NOC 1111, Oct/Nov 2014 applicants??? Beyond the fake images or stories??? Or any direct victim by whom got returned application due to Cap reached? No need of comments on behalf of friends etc........!
