Dear I am thinking otherwise, I am assuming that all those who have got new photos request will get MR within couple of weeks.....almost all have submitted PCC with Application.....I am saying this on the basis of department from whom we received photo request.......this is my understanding and might not correct.....I have ordered GCMS notes, let us see....all the very best

As some of you know, i have received the MR yesterday. Today, i received the RFRP ! I am very happy that things are moving forward.

However, they have requested me to submit 2 PCCs from the UAE, which i assume its for me and for my wife. I already submitted them as part of my application. Do i need to scan the PCC i sent them and include it my email or do they require a new one? my wife PCC was dated Jan 2015 and mine July 2014.

Please let me know your thoughts.

I think they did not misplace the old one, they just needed a new PCC to ascertain your criminal record and verify if your record is still same, Scanning and sending the old one will not help matters- my humble suggestion.

I think you need to submit new PCCs.

Does anyone have solid info. About accepted expiry date of passport for LVO...I mean how much should be left in expiry date of my passport....if we reach that part of visa issue...cause my wife one's expires September 2015.

The visa issued will be valid for 1 year from the date of your medical OR valid until your passport is expired.

So if your passport will expire, say, in 8 months when the visa is issued, your visa will be expired until 8 months only. Not the 1 year stated in the visa.

The issuance of your Confirmation of Permanent Resident document(s) is time sensitive so it is important for you to submit your passport(s) when requested.
Once you receive your Confirmation of Permanent Resident document(s), please check the information on it to make sure it is correct. If there are any errors, such as incorrect spelling of name or incorrect date of birth, please inform London immediately. Your name will appear in the same format as it appears in your passport.
Your permanent resident visa will expire one year after the date of your medical examinations. If your passport or the passports of your spouse or dependent children (if applicable) expire on an earlier date, the visa will expire on the earlier date.

all those who r waiting for LVOs updates..... i wish we had a spread sheet where we can track our app status according to visa officers reading thru this thread i think there r 4 v.officers working @ lvo VCM, BWJ, RIH and KKB mebbe some of IT guyz can come up of sumthing?

hey buddy... dont worry u r not alone.. we are many.. i m 28th May applicant, and today one of 20th May got MR, and also one applicant in London got MR he is 7th May.. i feel things are moving,, but bit slow.. we need to be patient and pray

Im also a June16 applicant, PER on OCT 15.,still no 2nd line or MR from LVO...
Patience is the only key here...

By the grace of Almighty, my ECAS status changed to Decision Made on 17th Feb 2015 however, my passport were sent on 4th Feb but DM updated yesterday.

"Thank you for your paying the Right of Permanent Residence Fee online. Your medical results have been received and are due to expire on 17 February 2016. Please note that your file is currently undergoing routine background checks. We are currently unable to advise when the checks will be completed.
Please note that no further action is required from you at this stage. We will contact you as soon as the results of the background checks have been received."

If its not RIH then i think these are pre-drafted replies with all VO's...

yes he is in lvo.. hv received email from him to submit documents.. fulfilled the requiremt and now waiting for further process
