Application number is a must. You may include the purpose as well.

No, not yet. We even do not know if we will receive any aknowledgement of receipt from lvo

What do you mean purpose? Should I write purpose at the back of draft? The payment page says, write name and address.. Should I write with pencil?

Mine pics were received by SANZ C.....anyone else has same recipient ? I do not think LVO will notify about receipt of pics so let us wait as we have done our part of job and in case there is issue then LVO will contact us directly. If anyone having forwarded pics get any update then must share.
 
Salam guys.. by the Grace of Almighty Allah we received PPR email from London. email has asked to submit documents to Islamabad High commission within 30 days

My question to fellow members is that for the transmission of documents to CHC Islamabad, VFS Visa Application Center (VAC) Pakistan could be used. Has any one utilized this service or has been asked to do so. I have spoken to couple of members and supposedly this is something new.. any point of view on this. the website mentioned is

I will be using there Lahore office next to Fatima Jinnah medical college, queens road.

In case guys / girls here aren't following FSW 2014 Applicants Timeline - Let's network here thread. Here are my updates:

On 29th of January, I received MR, PCC, RPRF and Updated passport pages (passport is about to expire so renewed passport copies) request in one single email with 30 days time limit to submit everything. On 30th I received two separate emails with MR for myself and my wife. On the same day 2nd line on ECAS was added.

My med was done on 9th of Feb, my wife's will be done on 23rd of Feb. Doctor will submit our results together on 27th Feb because I requested them to do so, so that we get Visa valid till about last week of Feb next year.
