London Visa Office

Hello Loncan, prince_of_darkness, COG 111, JohnnyZee

Has anyone received interview confirmation acknowledgement form LVO? It's one week now.
 
Not yet, I just have the automated one that you get when you respond, which said "The London visa office has received your email. " with a subject containing the suffix "ACKNOWLEDGEMENT".

That won't be the acknowledgement to which they refer, as it only acknowledges your email rather than the interview. I dare say they will respond soon.

yes.. I've also received the same email which is only email delivery acknowledgement and not interview confirmation acknowledgement.
 
Just read the following horrific post in other thread from one of LVO applicant. He had interview today and has been rejected.

I was rejected in today interview on grounds that I do not fit in NOC code 1112. The interview was thoroughly technical, I was getting a feeling whether this was a immigration or job interview. I was asked generic questions like
a.developing debt portfolio risk profile
b. capital management and risk involved

I do not what to do!!!

.......and sad day as one applicant from London got rejected after interview. :(
 
No not yet..
Dont know when would they send the proper acknowledgement.

Sometimes it feels like its all a joke. they r not bothered. and we have to be at their mercy.

I received an email today asking for updated schedule A and passport copies.

Can anyone guide me how to send these docs? Either only soft copies or have to send hard copies as well?

Since u will probably be sending a hard copy of updated schedule A, u should send copy of passport along to:

High Commission of Canada/Haut-commisariat du Canada
38 Grosvenor Street

United Kingdom/Royaume-Uni
Government of Canada/Gouvernement du Canada

((On response to the Email I had sent on 20/2 regarding the confirmation of the documents receipt and query concerning PCC))

I received the following reply a while ago;

I can confirm that your documents were received and added to your file
We will send the required letters for PCC when we issue a request for any outstanding documentation.

Dear All

I lived in UK for one year (2011) and currently I am in Pakistan.I have not submitted my PCCs for UK and Pakistan. I have received PER on 11 July 2013 under NOC 2147.

Is PCC required in interview?

Should I arrange them now from UK and Pakistan now or wait for my interview call as it expire in one year?
