I sent an email to confirm that my requested documents were received yesterday. and just now i got the following response:

I can confirm that the documents were received.



We are currently in the process of conducting the necessary background/ security checks for your application. We will be in contact when there have been further developments with the processing of your file

It is indeed a very friendly response. Your security/background check is ongoing. Expect PPR within the next 2 months.

I sent my documents 5 feb I guess. it was delivered 6 Feb according to courier.

well i have raised a CSE regarding my documents delivered on 10-feb and still no reply

I received the following email from LVO in response to my CSE asking them to confirm the receipt of my PCC and to let me know the current status of my application

This is in response to your enquiry.
If you have recently submitted documents or information to this office, we will update your file accordingly or take necessary action.

Due to the high volume of applications in process at this office, we cannot acknowledge receipt of every fax, mail or other correspondence (documents or information).

If we require additional documents, we will contact you.

We thank you for your patience and for keeping your correspondence to a minimum.

Rawdah, I think you have to re-send your enquiry
I was beginning to get the impression they have became surprisingly approachable.
It only took me a couple of previous comments to recap how cold their automated replies are
The conclusion I have drawn so far:
1. It is better to use the Email rather than CSE, chances are we get more specific reply.

Have you received "separate acknowledgement" from LVO?

They have mentioned in interview mail that once you confirm your availability by replying to london-im-interview@international.gc.ca, they will send separate acknowledgement which we have to provide at the time of interview. And one should confirm our availability within 7 days.

I've already replied to them on Monday but didn't received acknowledgement from their side.

Did you get one for your interviews?

After raising a CSE, did you get an auto reply from LVO saying they have received the Query and will respond in 28 days?

As per my experience, if you get an auto reply after raising the CSE then you will get response from LVO after few days...but if there is no auto reply then there is no response from LVO .... Just my observation and experience...
