Surprised, RFI immediately replied in the evening confirming receipt of the new passport copy and at as usual advised our file is awaiting review. RFI is good with replying to CSE, but how she/he deals with actual files remains a mystery.

I sent documents of my new born baby on monday and today receive the reply as under: -

RFI used the word of "Baby" in response to your email already proves that he is non-professional. In slang language it is acceptable to say "Oh Baby!', "My Baby" etc. But in official correspondence specially on behalf of such a reputable organization like CIC and while sitting in LVO, RFI is not supposed to write "Your baby...". He could write "Your Child...".

Anyhow congratulations that now you are three waiting for your review of your files. You, your spouse and your baby I mean your child !!! ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

I was asked for updated forms,Police clearance certificates and bank statement of last 2 years on 2nd Nov 2015. My Parcel reached LVO on 17th NOV 2015 as per delivery report. I sent an email for acknowledgment but didn't get any response?
Should i need to send the soft copy of required documents also because in the email request of extra documents they mentioned i can send documents trough regular mail or through email?

RFI requested me all the documents related to my New born child to be send as one PDF file.

Within 24 hours RFI replied and confirmed the receipt of the documents and the child had been added successfully to my application.

Finally some movement from RFI for October applicants.

I believe there is no harm in sending the same via email. BTW is this the first time you sent the PCC or did you sent them with initial application as well?

We all waiting hope so. But this update was from 2-November and again almost 3 weeks passed and no one else has any progress in their case.

As per my experience and knowledge. All LVO applicant staying in pakistan and uae have interviews in uae Abudhabi, as far as I know. And they inform the applicant well in advance about the time date and place.

Usually 2 months earlier.

Interview Sessions are per LVO are conducted twice a year.

FEB/MARCH and SEPTEMBER/OCTOBER

The interview most probably will be in March/April session.

All the best.

Try to get GCMS notes and check what triggered to IO to select for interview. Is some information needs clarification or it is for QA (quality assurance) purpose.

Got the same request on Oct 6, all documents submitted by Oct 20, no response till now, the email clearly said, you should allow 4 months for the verification after you submit the requested documents
