Hi Moe,
Just scoured through the 203 pages - some of the pages have "s.19(1)" in the top right corner and one page with the notes has "s.16(1)(c)".
Do you have any idea what that means?

BTW there are several fields that are blank and several repetitions on the pages - not sure what it signifies. Appreciate any insight.
S.19 is reference to a missing consent form. So if you have a spouse or dependant on your application, you did not attach their consent form when GCMS were ordered. Nothing to worry about there.
S.19 is reference to security information which they have the right to hide. It pertains to an ongoing background check.

What of s.13(1)(a)? And s.19(1)?

Do we have any immigration lawyer in the house that can give us specific plans or the strategy of the London visa office. Its very tiring to wait for them.

Yes actually twice last September 16 but no reply and December 14 and still waiting for their reply, I am getting crazier each day. I am clueless regarding the status of my application. Have you tried calling CIC?

Got a letter in MyCIC account from an Immigration Officer some 45 mins ago.

Claimed they did not receive the PCC (I had uploaded via CSE on Dec 26) & gave me 15 days to provide same.

Fortunately, I had gotten an email from CIC on Jan 5 stating PCC had been "verified" & "received by the office processing" my file.

I just uploaded the PCC, the said email confirmation as well as a covering note.

Meanwhile, my profile had simultaneously been updated to IP2 as the mail arrived.

Fingers crossed ...

Hello all.

I have a situation I need help with. At the point of ITA my score was 456 but after e-APR I noticed a drop to 431 which is lower than the lowest-ranked score in my round of invitation for August 23. When I reviewed my application, it appeared as though I didn't properly fill my work experience (that's where the 25 points is missing. Foreign work experience outside Canada).

When I created my profile August 14, I was a little over 3 years in work experience. In fact, I clocked 3 years on August 5, 2017.
I worked from August 05 2014 to July 17 2017 in one company and started another July 19 2017 till date. No gap. Same NOC. Same job duties. I have raised cse to point this change out and forwarded both reference letters from my employees before the 90 days lapsed.

Please what else can I do as my score is still showing 431 and my documents have been acknowledged via email, not automated reply.

AOR Nov 5
Medicals passed NOV 19
raised cse Nov 11 and November 17(this second time was to upload the second reference letter from new employer)
acknowledgment of cse doc Dec 5
LVO London - don't know the date that happened
BG Not Applicable

I keep recalculating my CRS score with the CRS tool and it is 456 EVERYTIME! please I don't understand what happened. What else can I do

Yes I finally attempted to call them and got through on Jan 3rd, coz I couldn’t hold in my patience. That’s when the agent told me that the file was transferred to LVO on Dec 13th (a week after my GCMS request ... hmm). They didn’t mention anything else other than ‘all seems ok with your file - nothing to worry about’.

Till now no other updates. I’m checking my emails to watch the PPR mail drop in any moment now. :D

I’m not sure about s.13(1)(a)
