No. It’s absolutely crap. There’s nothing like NA or IP according to IRCC laws. There are numerous applicants whose status never changes and they get PPR.
It goes like this:
R10
Medical
Criminality
Eligibility
Security

The only way to confirm is through GCMS notes.
