It says issued at London on the visa, but i submitted in VFS in Pakistan.
did your meds get extended? when was it updated?
did you get any adr after meds updated?
either they extend if they want or you wait for remed reqyest or you do upfront meds

Got ADR on 13 January 2022 to do the medicals again, which I did in 31st January 2022, which was then updated in my profile on 3rd Feb 2022
did you get any adr after like PCC or other documents?
Did you see any GU?
