Usually, when someone becomes all so patronizing, the best thing to do is ignore the messages. @thestunner316 is the same guy who talked about scores never ever going down below 450. With over 2000 posts and only 199 making any sense, its best to usually just ignore. :)
you should look up the term patronizing in the dictionary first mate :)

"is the same guy who talked about scores never ever going down below 450. With over 2000 posts and only 199 making any sense, its best to usually just ignore "Ouch... hit me where it hurt the most... tears rolling down... please make it stopppp.... :p

i pray you get PR soon, dont really want people ( ummmm.... lets say people instead of another adjective i had in mind ) like you hanging around on the forum too long... :)

That could very well be the case. Ultimately, they only need to process 80% of applications within 6 months and they meet their operational targets. Their 2015 and 2016 reports both mention that they achieved this target but fail to mention how long the last 20% have to wait.

Operational Target Met = Score Well on Performance = Go home with a pay check and possible promotion.

Is there an incentive to exceed the 80%? Probably not. Which is why you will see May and June AORs receiving PPR while some in 2016 are still waiting. There is no processing target for the last 20%.

Hello,

I'm an FSW-O who received PPR today.

Citizenship: United Kingdom
Visa Office: London

AOR: 25th January 2017
Medical Passed: 16th February 2017
ADR (Travel History): 17th May 2017
Interview Request: 10th July 2017
Interview Held: 3rd August 2017
IP2: 3rd August 2017
PPR: 10th August 2017

For those of you still waiting, the visa officer did tell me at interview that they were incredibly busy. It's also August so they have a lot of people on holiday at the moment.

I agree.

Luckily, they seem to be more or less giving out PPR in and around the 6 months mark. If you scroll back on this thread and check timelines, it's all varying between 5 months and 7 months. We just gotta hang in there.

Its good you have gotten your PPR. Regardless, we need to respect one another. Especially knowing what the waiting does to one. More of an encouraging words would be appreciated. Lets hope for a better tomorrow...

Congratulations Pellow88,
Thanks for the info from your discussion with the officer. At least, a little idea of what is really keeping us delayed, but quite unfortunate. For an immigration office, it is expected that there should be an organized schedule for peak periods to avoid delays.Anyways, I pray that will not affect those of us still awaiting PPR mail.... Amen!!

Hello everyone. Can someone please tell me at what stage FSW-O applications are sent to the London VO? I live in UAE; am Indian and recently learnt that my application is at the LVO. At what stage is an application sent to a VO? Will it then be forwarded to the local Abu Dhabi/ New Delhi VO? or will the London VO do the final review? I'm just trying to figure out what steps still remain. Thank you.

Hi Nidhi,

I also live in UAE. LONDON visa office will send ready for visa email and we will have to send passport to AUH Visa office.
