I think you should email London VO and copy Ottawa to know the status of your application. Also try and order your GCMS notes. That would make things a lot clearer.

What! Oh my! Have you tried to send a message, did you raise CSE?, did you call or order Gcmc note?

ordered notes 2 times. sent 3 emails to LVO. Notes show that Ottawa Officer cleared my app and recommended as Ready to FInalize. transferred it to London on 15 December.. and then after 15 December no human touched my file.
