I don't know if this message was in reponse from my email to LVO or in response to IRCC Web request. As I had crossed 6 month timeline last week, so I tried to contact using both channels.

Cse are replied to via email and mycic. Only your visa office/r can send you messages in your mycic.
This is just generic stuff. But yours is personalized a bit. It seems you sent an email about your app?? If yes, it has been forwarded to your visa officer.Freedom2016 said:
