London (United Kingdom) VFS Passport Submission Timeline

Hello,

Just wondering if anybody is experiencing delays after sending their passports to London VFS? Received my PPR April 2022, passport and documents sent to London (United Kingdom) VFS April 21, 2022, received at IRCC Office April 29, 2022 but still no update. They have not sent my passport back yet.

Any advise regarding this issue?

Hi, Did you try to contact them? I am in similar situation. Have sent passports for Visa Stamping but no communication since then. I know of a person who got his passports within a week after sending to London VAC but it has been a month for me.
You applied within London itself?

Hello, I have sent my passport to the VFS in London and they have sent it to IRCC in London for processing. I have sent them an email regarding the issue and they have answered back. They said printing times are approximately 10 - 12 weeks at present. I guess we just have to wait, which is frustrating. When have you sent your passport to London VO?

My Passports reached London VO on 24th May 2022. This is really frustrating now.

Hi @svm1993 and @sky86. I haven't submitted my passport yet but I have been waiting to hear an update on my application since its submission on 9th April. May I know how it took for you to receive the ppr from the date of applying?

I received my COPR via email. I asked them about this but they just said printing times in London VO is 10 - 12 weeks

Update: I have just received an email that the counterfoil has been generated and my passport will be sent to me via courier. After nine weeks of waiting, they managed to print my PR visa. Patience is the key.
