They are so slow that they could not even process a withdrawal of application request for over 2 months. I mailed the withdrawal request to CPC-Sydney AND the London office. I can see in GCMS notes the date it was received by CPC-Sydney and then forwarded to London by them as well. I moved to a new city, I updated the address, but my file is still stuck with this office and even withdrawing it seems impossible so that I can send a new application at the new address.
London Office is Unbelievably Slow

People have sent new applications while withdrawal request is still in progress. Depending on the reason for your withdrawal it might be a good idea or not.

Almost everyday we see a thread of how <Insert office of your choice here> is the slowest ever. Its all relative
There will be a problem if u send a new application while the old is in progress. I sent withdrawal to local office which is Montreal and no response. I sent in the new application got my AOR but it is not showing on the tracker. It seems they hold the new application unless there is an outcome of the old application.
