CIC seem to update ECAS any day of the week now. We went "In Process" on a Thursday evening!

glad to knw they got the wheel moving on days except tuesday! looks like they are working now! lol!

Wayne yeah you are right I have observed that too. And you were correct too on your anticipation of some delays in the month of April due to the holidays and the elections. I have opened a thread to track passports sent to London and on the table you can see the difference between March and April. March senders got DM status in less than a month while nobody got DM status for people who had sent their passport in April in less than a month. BTW, I visited your blog, nice job!

Hi - yeah the blog is going well! Just hoping to add to it about our passport requests soon!

We now only have 1 day public holiday between now and the end of August in the UK (which is at the end of May) so hoping things pick up. However, with having to handle student visas as well as people taking their annual leave in the summer, things do tend to "slow down" a bit during the summer.

Many applicant whho submitted full documents in betweeen March 2010 to August, has got change in their e--case status from RBVO to IN PROCESS. This is a good sign. But few, infact very few among April to Aug 2010 applicants have got actually medical request...!

I think, from june/july 2011 we will see many medical requests updates from applicants (inshAllah).

Though, i have heard ppst june 2010 have some priority, but they cant ignore post feb 2008 and pre june 2010 applicants, esp if NOC is there. I havent really heard any post june 2010 applicant who have actually got visa............!

Anyways, Good Luck to all...!
