I got my PER on 17 Feb 2011 and RBVO on 12 Mar 2011, in how much time can I expect In Process, Medicals, PPR and visa inshallah ??

I sent medical on 11 Jan 2011 London VO. Received forms-application form, dependent forms, PCC and Right of landing fee on 11/2/11 and sent back forms on 12/3/11.

On my case enquiry on 3/4/11 got reply "File awaiting officer Review. You will be informed if more information is required."

Could you please comment what this means in light of when they may issue PPR. What is the stage of the application? Ecas shows "in process" since July 2009.

"File awaiting Review".
1.Does this mean B/G checks are complete?
2. Medicals are received? No furtherance of medicals.
3.Next step after REvIEW?

Greetings to all as i m new to this website.....
friends,
i applied for the immigration under the new policy of post 26 June, 2010.....
i submitted my complete application along with all original documents on 13 Sept. 2010 under NOC 1122.......
On 5 Jan. 2011, i recieved reply from Canada NS that my application has recieved "Positive Final Determination"......and the case is being forwarded to "London Visa Office" for further processing....

Can anyone quide me that how long would it take to finalize the application and wat does "Positive Final Determination" mean?
