Thanks a lot Satish.

I must say God's grace only has brought this update. I believe my docs are sound and hopefully will not get any request for additional docs.

Did you get med request in 2-3 weeks post your e-cas turned "In Process"?

thanks and regards,
-Vaibhav

Hi Vaibhav,

My ""In Process" date was 19.08.2010 and my medical letter date was 20.08.2010 which was received through post on 25.08.10. In my case after changing status to "In Process", next day they sent Medical/RPRF request... In a nutshell, if your docs submitted was sufficient to prove your claim, you should get medical request at the earliest.....

This is my experience..... you can check my time line as well.....

All the best...

Satish

Thanks alot elmo, and congrats auditor.

Also thanks Satish for detailing his case.

Thank God, finally medical request received. RPRF were also asked. When will the PPR be?

Congrats aspire. Did you have idea why they took so long to process your applicantion and to send you the meds. Infact more than one and a half.

I really do not know emmo. There was no problem with my application. I think it was my LMO which i submitted to them recently that awaken the VO who is sleeping with my file. I got a job offer and a positive LMO. Next week I will be applying for working visa too as my employer wants me to be in Canada by May 2011. With the timeline of London CHC, I dont think PR will be finalized by May. While the working visa processing time here in my country of residence takes only 6-8 weeks to process. Two application in parallel startng next week: PR and working visa. Expenses with the 2 applications are quite huge! Whew!!

Yes please let us get in touch with each other because guidelines are very confusing. Will you be working on a regulated profession in Canada? If it is, then professional certification means you have a certificate of registration to the province where you will be working in Canada. This is a license to practice a regulated profession in Canada. If if its fine with you kindly send your e mail,, ya hoo preferred so we can chat. Thanks.
