They havn't sent anything back to me but I didn't send originals of anything except police certificates.

I got a selaed copy of my university transcript which i sent so i still have my original degree paper work.

No they havn't asked for passports yet. I believe they ask for them at the last stage to put your visa in once the medicals are all done and passed.

We also recieved a declaration to be filled out by my step sons biological father! We haven't had any contact with him for 7 years and have no idea of where he is or how to get hold of him. Also he doesn't have parental responsibility so not sure what to do! I'm going to email to explain the situation.

Hi Anwar,

When did London CHC receive your full documents?? and what is the date of issue for your 2nd AOR??

Hi everyone,

need your help on something. i sent my form in feb and got an approval in april 10... sent my docs on the 6th of aug and got confimration of documents recieving from london office on the 27th of Aug. Got a letter from UK office last week, giving a new file number and it says that ' a further determination will be made as to whether or not you are eligiable at this office, before you application can be placed in processing' ... dont understand this... im afraid as teh Manager MIS experince i have applied for, which was innitially approved, as the fieild esisted in old list is not any more in this new list of 28 categories....

do you think i need to be worried??? and can you give me any idea, as to when i should expect the verification to start?? like my job verification, so i can tell my office people to be prepared??? and how do they do this..?? do they come to you office or call.?? and what do they ask???

That's just the standard 2nd AOR you got. Dont worry your initial application date is what they will use with regard to the new rules. After about 5 months of it being in London it should go to processing thats when they may contact your place of work. They didn't contact mine, it's up to the visa officer if they feel they need to check they will ring.

i sent full doc0 on 10-Mar-2010
London CHC receive my full documents after 4 days (i sent document with DHL )
i got 2nd AOR on 23-Mar-2010

i check my mail regularly
there is 2 applicant applied in the same period with me and they get there medical :D

Thank your for your reply. So it is almost 5 months from 2nd AOR to have your E-CAS change to "In Process"!!!!

no body call my employer
I think they were convinced by the credibility of the certified documents that i sent
