Appreciate any advice or input if anyone knows on the following:

I applied for a Study Permit June 10th for a Two YR business Administration Diploma at SAIT (Drop box at High Commission so was stamped in front of me). Application was returned on June 29th because of incorrect payment (Dam immigration Lawyer told me to do Bank Transfer and I didn't double check). I got a Postal Order and sent everything back the same day in the order I received it hoping I wouldn't be put to the back of the queue. Received letter yesterday (August 3rd) requesting medical (which I was expecting as I lived in a designated country for over 6 months in the last 5 years). I called the nearest Dr on the list of approved Dr's and managed to go yesterday afternoon to do medical.

Questions therefore are:
a) If application has progressed to medical request am I correct in assuming only if I fail medical will I be rejected?
b) Does anyone here know of any failures on medicals so I know what sort of things they will and will not accept?
c) If anyone has had a medical in the UK, how long did the CHC take to make a decision after the medical?

Thanks for any help in advance.

1 If u have received medical and have no serious health problem the u have high chances of getting visa.
2 They check for diseases which are contiguous , or require excessive medical care like TB, cancer etc.
3 don't know, you have to check local CHC website for timeline.

Just wait for your visa your chances are high now.
