No, this particular form i did not sent before, also, i read the letter carefully, it was
"Updated document" rather than additional documents

any significance?

Did you received the Medical request today?
When they requested additional documents how much time they gave you to send those docs?
and one more what do they requested from you?

As they requested 2 forms(1st-IM 0008 & Schedule-1 and my sons birth certificate. They gave me 30 days to send all this docs.

Can you please share you Experience.

We have to forget about our applications and live normally our lives and when it is finalized it is finalized. Because only patience is valid in this time of increasing processing times and so on...
