I landed dec 23 and I am now back I went to Mississauga studio 6. The place is good and affordable but it is very far from Toronto city. There are transportation means like buses but for me as new to the city, they weren't so convenient. However, taxis are very expensive.
Try to go after march or April because the weather becomes better. In dec and jan it was very very cold.
My next trip is most probably in June. Take with you ur jordan driving license if it is valid. Don't translate it. When u r in Toronto, you will go to the jordan consulate and they will translate it to u it costs around 30 can$. Because they don't accept translation from other countries.
Try to get an address in Toronto for some friend or relative because all correspondence should go there. U should have this address with u since u land because they will ask for it at immigration when they r filling the pr card application.
I got my sin card still waiting for my pr card and my driving license.
I opened an account in TD bank it is very present in Toronto. It will take u 20 min to open the account.
