Can anyone help me with an issue I have had with the CIC website since day one? I can't work out how to log on to view my profile. I usually eventually manage it but I go through the same circular process many times before it seems to work.
- Click to logon through GCKey
- Sign in using credentials
- Sign in is confirmed
- accept terms and conditions
It then takes me to the page to choose English or French and I have to click to logon again.
After 5 or 6 attempts will usually eventually get in after accepting the terms and conditions.
Has anyone else experienced this?
