Login error since i created GCKey 3 Times

Hey there,
18 Days ago i created the first GCKey Account.
After all steps i was logged in and after login out manually or the session expired i was not able to log in anymore
cause it said: "Error 1: Your Username may be missing, invalid or incomplete."
"Error 2: Your Password may be missing, invalid or incomplete."
I created a new Account with a different Username cause the Username i´ve chosen before was already taken of course.
So the System could recognize this.
After finishing the 2nd try i logged out to test it again, same problem here.
So i tried it a 3rd time. New Username new Email. Problem still the same.

Once i tried to log in a few times i got block for 24 hours and till today there is the same problem.

Since my girlfriend already got her PR she wrote an Email to technical support.
Answer today was:

So that means there is no way for me to create a GCKey ?
Cause this automail doesnt help me.
Also i can´t apply via a Partner to get GCKey cause i do not live in Canada and i do not have any account of any of those canadian companies.

Any help would be really nice.

Did you try clearing your browser cache and logging in again? Or try another browser?

Hey, thanks for the very quick reply.

I tried that right now after you gave me this hint.
I tried clearing all data from cache and passwords and everything, also i tried a different browser.
Problem still remains.

I tried it with my girlfriends Laptop and created a new Account.

Now it works. I do not know why, but it works now.

Are you using Kaspersky? I used to have the same issue until I removed Kaspersky.
