Hi, I posted this in the November thread as well, but I thought I would ask everyone. I paid my fees a little differently than most, as is the procedure when applying from Japan. http://www.international.gc.ca/missions/japan-japon/visas/fees-frais-eng.asp Does anyone know how I can go about signing into e-CAS before having heard from Mississauga, and without a permanent res card? Thanks for your input.

Hmmm.... what kind of receipt do you have? Do you have any Government of Canada receipt? If not, then I am afraid I have no advice to give other than patience.
