Logging in to GC Key account... so painful!

Hi All,

I am having a weird problem. I try to login to my GC key account and 9 out of 10 times, I enter my user id and password and it redirects me to http://www.cic.gc.ca/

This page!

I really dont understand why this is happening. Sometimes it also asks me a security question, I enter it, and then it redirects me to this page or sometimes I am in the account (if I am really really lucky : ) and I click on something and it does this. Sometimes I am logging in and before even asking me security question or before completely logging me in, it says your session has expired! Like really? I am still logging in! :'(

And yes, I am entering my user id and password correctly every single time. Really dont understand why it does that.
I am not kidding, I have to try like 10 times to successfully login once!

Anyone else having this issue? What should I do to avoid trying to log in so many times before I can actually log in?

Try using a different browser.. Google Chrome perhaps?

I tried with chrome and firefox both

Have you tried clearing your browsing data? Cookies and cached data?

You can also try uninstalling both Chrome and Firefox, make sure to delete app's data, then just install again.

Or use your own phone's browser.

If the above does not work, try using a computer to check your status.

I cleared cookied and cached data.
