Loan Sanction letter in VISA DOCUMENTS?

okay, so all my documents are ready to be submitted at visa centre,
but still having one confusion about loan sanction letter.

i have 20 lakhs loan sanction letter (i have used 7 lakhs till now)
is it advisable to put this letter in visa file?

is there any bad/good effect of sanction letter on visa approval/rejection ??
HELP ME GUYS, i'm gonna submit my file tomorrow so.
