loan in bank statement

hey i am ragz and i want to go to canada to do international business management course from george brown college. i have received the condtional offer letter and i am taking education loan on FD.i just wanted to knw that as it is known that bank statement for last four months is required for application of student visa.. and as my father has taken loan of around 30 lac which has been same since last year...is attatching bank statement is must or we can also not attatch it?
if i attatch it with my all the documents will it hav any negative effect on my visa acceptance??

plz reply my what should i do??

There are students who got their visa approved after showing "certified loan" from well known banks. I did not require a loan so I'm not really sure how does loan affect an application. The seniors on this forum might be able to help you. But regardless of how much bank balance your father has, remember that his annual INCOME should exceed your annual tuition fees and your family's annual expenses. Although the CHC asks for 1 year expenses, they are interested in knowing if your dad can continue funding you for the years later. And your father should have a minimum of your 1st yea'r tuition fees+ 1st year's family expenses and an additional CAD$10,000 in his bank account(s).

definetly it will effect ur visa.pls advice some seniors coz bank statement is important and if u have already loan aginst it then definetly its give negative effect.
