Dear friend, I would like to know if an applicant can borrow money from his employer for his studies in canada? Would showing an affidavit agreement between the two with money transfer from employer's bank account to applicant's account work for covering financial sufficiency in securing visa????

Off course it works.

CHC accept loan for study purpose and allow to process visa or extend it. In this situation u have to show base to borrowing money. If u borrowing money on the base of property or ur conduct in Canada. U have to write clear on the letterhead of ur company and payment schedule and same on affidavit (must be notarized). Ur mortgages documents attach along it.

U don't required to attache any mortgage documents here If ur company granting loan to study on the base of HR policy i.e 'EMPLOYEE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM' this policy is under the practice of Canada now.
