Hello,
I'm planing to apply for Visa for sept intake. I've paid the first sem fee and GIC. Fee for one sem in my college is 3.5lakhs (7250 CAD). I've an education loan for 4 lakhs. But, my agent is saying that an education loan of 4 lakhs won't be satisfy Visa officer. Is that true in my case? Or should I apply for visa with the loan I have?

It's not enough. The 4 lakhs will cover your living expenses for the first year of your studies. You need to show additional money to cover the rest of your tuition for your first year of studies.

I've paid first sem fee and 10,000 CAD for living expenses for one year already. And, it's an one year course. I just need to pay 3.5 lakhs as second sem. For which, I'm taking a loan of 4 lakhs. Make sense?

Ok - that's better. Ideally you should show a few extra thousand dollars to cover travel expenses. But if you don't have that - you can still try applying.

I'm showing 1.5 lakhs in my bank account and attaching my mom's IT docs.

Will there any issues with this profile and finance if I apply for visa?
