LOA without backlog summary certificate

Hello, I have received letter of acceptance from loyalist college within 2 hours of fee payment, I am astonished as well as cautious. Is it normal, what shall I do? Also I have applied directly with any agent and only uploaded the markheets and ielts score as mentioned here I have not uploaded any backlogs summary certificate.
Kindly help what shall I do ?

It's quite simple just call or email loyalist college and ask them to verify the loa they will make things clear easily
