CLOA - Conditional Letter of Acceptance (Agents call this Offer letter)
A conditional offer is one with a condition (or more) attached. An example of this could be that you need to provide evidence of a qualification or of your English (e.g. IELTS/TOEFL) or Maths abilities, Tuition fee, as requested in your offer letter.

ULOA - Unconditional Letter of Acceptance (Known as LOA)
An unconditional offer is an offer when you have applied to study a course from the university/College and have been accepted and offered a place to study with no conditions attached.

Thanx, can u help me a little further.... Ive paid my first yr tuition fees, so what do i include to prove this reciepts of fees recieved by college? or any other letter?

Now send your fee receipt & notarized documents to your College and wait for your Unconditional Letter of Acceptance to arrive. Without these, they will not be able to process the admission.

Oh..... how soon will this letter take to arrive? I had already sent a copy of my notarized docx to the college at the time of application and on this basis only did i get my offer letter.
