LOA got expired before applying for visa

Hello
I got my LoA on June. I couldnt apply for study permit or visa because of some personal issues. My LOA will expire one 10th September. Now I got to know that I cant get a re-issued LOA. And my application may take till 12-14th september. In this situation I got to know that IRCC may not accept my LOA. What should I do?There must be something that I can do?Please help me

You need a new LOA to apply for a study permit. So you may need to look at other programs.
