I am new to this site and am looking for some information and guidance. I was looking for a live-in nanny and was willing to sponsor (LMO). I posted a job on the jobs website and found a woman who is already here in Toronto on a live-in work visa and looking for new job as her current employer will not be able to keep her. What do I need to do? I imagine I need to do an LMO transfer? What are my next steps? How much income do I need to claim to qualify and can it be combined household income? If I apply jointly with my husband do we need a higher amount of income or is the imcome requirement the same as if I apply just under myself.
