Is the wage requirement very strict now? meaning the offer wage has to meet or exceed the median wage? I have a PGWP

Yes wage requirement. Is very important for Lmo some time service Canada people review your file and call employer to increase salary and send new offer letter with new salary and some time they just reject Lmo application with out any notification.

What about low skilled and high skilled categories, are there any big differences? ex.wage requirement.
Office admin and admin assistant are doing basically same work. But they would fall into category NOC B and NOC C
