I just want to ask, what if my boss terminate my LMO, am I still allowed to stay here in Alberta? My LMO is valid until June 2014 and my Working visa is valid until April 2014.I don't want to go back home yet, I wanna stay until i got my new employer.

Yes, you can remain until your work permit expires.
 
just incase my current employer terminate my LMO to our company
and as you said i cam stay here until my visa expires
since i will be unemployed, i am allowed for EI is that right?
until i got my new LMO?

You can apply if you enough hours, but in a lot of cases, with a closed work permit it is refused, as you are "not available for work"
 
Since our branch here in Calgary is closing,can my employer send me back home? because I refused to move
in Edmonton branch? They gave me a choice since the branch here is closing, Option given were

No. They cannot force you to go back home. You are legally authorized to stay here in Canada for as long as you hold a valid work permit. I am afraid that you cannot apply for EI since your present employer is providing a solution to the situation which you have refused which means you are quitting your job voluntarily.
 
I am a caregiver here in Canada for 12 months but in a low skilled,like having NOC 6471- Residential support worker
since I voluntarily quit my job,and my working visa is valid til 2014, can I shift to live in caregiver program?
I am a registered nurse back home in the Philippines and i have 1 year volunteer experience
in the hospital and 14 months experience as a paid employee at the same hospital in the
Philippines. I have my updated first aid and CPR training here in Calgary city valid until 2015.
I want to do as a live in caregiver, so i am hoping i can shift into it,
what else do i need to do if i already found an employer who is willing to hire me?

The employer will need to obtain an LMO. Once the employer has an LMO, you will have to apply for a work permit. I believe LCP applications for individuals from the Philippines are currently taking 18-24 months to process.
 
You are given a chance to continue working just move to edmonton .. You are not making a wise decision.. If you continue working with the same employer .. You might be able to renew work permit .. And apply for ainp.. But since you are very stuborn .. I dont know.. You are only here for an lmo and work permit and you think you'd be the boss already ..
