LMO Question

HI,

My PGWP work permit expired on 18th april 2014 and i have already applied for LMO in Brampton on 31st march 2014 like 18 days before expiring wp. So my question is 3 months decision period gonna finish on June 18th 2014. What if my LMO is rejected then can i apply for another employer new LMO or take studies again. Is it possible to get study permit again ? Or any other option rather than leaving canada to have valid status.

if you haven't apply a new work permit then you've overstayed in Canada.

if you have WP and LMO double-pending, your wp application will get rejected before lmo is approved.

you might convert to be a tourist and apply tourist visa if you want.

LMO fee for live in caregiver is now $1,000.00
