Application sent with AEO !!!!! on January 2012
First Email from CIC February 21, 2012 plus they charged my CC
August 2013 email to update documents - CURRENT Employment etc......
September Email from CIC asking for new LMO
I sent letter back asking to extend time to provide new LMO ( I contacted Case Processing Pilot - Ottawa ) and also I contacted my Employer who wants to hire me and he gave me AEO AND hE IS GOING TO APPLY FOR NEW LMO!!
First question Why do they want New Lmo ???
Can smb. give steps to apply for LMO, Especially advertising ???
And few days ago we got email to provide :
Medical examination for yourself and your spouse (Medical Instructions will be sent seperately via email within the next 48 hours)
- FBI Record we are in Chicago
· Payment of Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF) for yourself and your spouse. You must pay this fee before a permanent resident visa can be issued. The RPRF will be refunded if the application is refused, if you withdraw your application or if you choose not to use your visa. Please follow these steps:
