LMO has been aproved-WHAT DO I DO NOW -- From NZ

Hi all,
here from New Zealand and my LMO has finally been approved and now I need to complete the work permit application.I need to go out through the boarder and then apply on re-entry rite?what papers do I require for customs to complete the process?Could somone please give me some advise.
