My employer filed for the lmo on 5th april in toronto for a restaurant manager position...then he got call from hrsdc on may 2nd n officer told him that there is no shortage of labour as a restaurant manager in toronto so u can look for any pr holder or citizen.
now please suggest me ...
can my employer appeal against the decision ??? or have to file for lmo again with the new recruitment efforts (bcoz adds given for restaurant manager position already expired )
