Hi...
I just got the LMO n my employer is putting me in a contract....
so that contract shows me as a contractor for the coming 2 years under his corporation....its not a permanent position...n he told me that i will not get any pay slip from now on...

i just wants to know...Is this contract okay or not ...because i m going to file for PR in june 2012...under 0631 category as a restaurant manager..
M i eligible for PR as a contractor on a restaurant manager position...
n
what are the main points i have to take care while showing the work experience for PR...bcoz i ll not be getting any pay stub under this contract...

so should i go for contract or should i opt for by weekly pay which i m getting right now with pay stub for the sake of PR (BECAUSE I DONT WANT ANY TROUBLE IN MY PR APPLICATION) ???

PLEASE ADVICE ME ....I WILL BE VERY VERY THANKFUL TO YOU GUYS...

Hi Jasmine kaur-22,

As per CIC, only full time permanent position is eligible/qualify to apply for PR.
