hi
I am currently under my PGWP.
I will be completing one year of work experience in june.
I have a permanent job

Now am i eligible to apply for PR under Federal Skilled Worker or should need an LMO for sure.

Kindly help me.

I am getting different answers from various people.
So anybody who have applied for PR under FSW while they are in their PGWP, please help me.
Others' valuable information is also welcome.

Hi, from experience I can tell you that if your job falls under NOC 0, A or B, then all you need is a letter from your employer stating that they intend to offer you a permanent job, and specifying the job title, duties, wage/salary, benefits, etc. (Criteria for the letter should be available online.)

With this letter, you can apply to the FSWP to get arranged employment points. This option is open to anyone who wants to change from temporary to permanent status as long as they'll be working for the same employer and in the same job. You do not need an LMO.

If your job is NOC 0, A or B, after 12 months of work experience you could also consider applying for PR on your own through the Canadian Experience Class (CEC).
