LMO - Daycare -- can i bring my children with me

I'm from india ...i'm Graduate and have 5 years experience with Daycare in india...

my QUESTION is ..if i get Lmo for daycare in Canada , can my children ( age 11 and 1 ) come with me to canada?

If you have a high skilled Job then you can bring them..But if it's not it is slim to none. If you will get your PR, then you can bring your children with you.

two questions
1. is level 1 thing true
2. if i'm level 1, can i bring my children.
