I am currently studying a post graduate program in Canada and has found an employer who is willing to offer me LMIA. Please would this mean to my education and what are my chances in getting my PR if I am to leave school after getting the LMIA. Thank you
You would need to wait until the closed work permit is approved before you can leave school and start working. If you are in your first semester of studies, it may be more difficult to get the work permit approved.
We can't comment on what this does for your chances for PR. This will depend on a number of different factors including which program you plan to apply through, your current level of education, number of points you have, age, language abilities, etc.
